How do I pay using childcare vouchers, TFC or playscheme vouchers?

Paying for your child's sessions using childcare vouchers or Spelthorne Playscheme vouchers couldn't be simpler.

Just follow the steps below to book your Camp days.

Please ensure that any booking made using only CCVs or TFCs is
paid in full within 14 days of the booking being made.

Bookings cannot be purchased using CCVs or TFC from 10th July 2023 onwards.

 

If you are using childcare vouchers or TFC payments.....

  1. Create your Magic Booking account
  2. Add your child/ren to your account
  3. Complete the online registration forms for your child/ren
  4. Within Magic Booking book any Camp Day Sessions, minibus journeys or Early/Late Clubs you may need
  5. Once at the payment page please select your payment method as Childcare Vouchers
  6. Using the drop down menu please select your childcare voucher provider
  7. Please enter the value of the vouchers you wish to use
  8. Click on the orange 'Apply' button so that your balance is reduced accordingly.
  9. Should there be a remaining balance payable this can then be made using a credit or debit card.
  • Please arrange for immediate payment from your childcare voucher provider to the Lumen school your child attends. We ask that any payment reference starts with 'SC24'.
  • You can pay your childcare vouchers to the Lumen school your child usually attends. If your child does not attend a Lumen school please ensure vouchers are paid to The Echelford Primary School, Park Road, Ashford, Middlesex TW15 1EX, Ofsted number: 140034.

I need to provide an Ofsted number to my CCV provider. What number should I give them?
Please quote the Ofsted registration number for The Echelford Primary School which is 140034. 

If you are making payment via Childcare Voucher (CCV) or Tax Free Childcare (TFC) please complete the payment notification form via this link:
 CCV & TFC PAYMENT NOTIFICATION
so that your payment can be reconciled to your booking as quickly as possible.

If you are using Spelthorne Playscheme vouchers...

  1. Create your account
  2. Add your child/ren to your account
  3. Complete the online registration forms for your child/ren
  4. Book any Camp Day Sessions and minibus journeys you may need
  5. Once at the payment page please select your payment method as Childcare Vouchers
  6. Using the drop down menu please select your childcare voucher provider
  7. Please enter the value of the vouchers you wish to use
  8. Click on the orange 'Apply' button so that your balance is reduced accordingly.
  9. Should there be a remaining balance payable this can then be made using a credit or debit card.
  • Please ensure your vouchers are sent to the Summer Camp admin team via:
    • The school office of your child's Lumen school
    • By post to Lumen Summer Camps c/o Briar Road, Shepperton TW17 0JB
    • By email send the serial number of each voucher used to summercamps@lumenlearningtrust.co.uk 
    • Hand the voucher/s to a Camp team member on the first day your child attends Camp.
