Booking & payment portal
Our booking and payment portal, powered by Magic Booking, will be live for use again for our 2021 Camp. For those parents that have booked with us before your account remains live and your (and your child's details) have been saved in the system making it even easier and quicker for you to make and control your bookings.
Our portal allows quicker account creation for parents, especially where data needs to be replicated for siblings. In addition you will be able to cancel any sessions you have booked (exclusions apply), book our minibus service and make part payments using childcare vouchers.
We strongly recommend that you review our Terms & Conditions prior to booking your required sessions as you are bound by these conditions once payment for a session has been made. You can view these by clicking here.
How to use the booking portal:
- Please create your parent account within our portal (accessed from the link at the bottom of this page) and add your child/ren to your profile. You will not have to link sibling accounts or replicate standard content such as GP details or addresses.
- You will be required to complete all information for your child/ren before you are able to book Camp Day sessions. We thank you in advance for answering all questions as fully as possible to ensure the Camp team can have all the necessary preparations in place to welcome your child to the Camp.
- You can create an account for your child regardless of which school they attend.
